Fluor's Solution
More than 800 Fluor employees provide facility management services to IBM at more than 300 sites across the U.S. and design and construction services at multiple major IBM facilities.
We use proven best practices to manage the IBM program. Best practices cover site management, work process control, supply chain management, cost and financial management, engineering and construction, document and data control, HS and other areas.
We have also implemented a value creation program to provide cost savings and performance improvement. Anyone on a project site can enter a value awareness suggestion into an online database, which is then reviewed and approved by IBM and implemented on the site.

Conclusion
Fluor values the important decade-long business relationship with IBM and continues to provide services that offer long-term value to this important client.
