A Tradition of Community Service
At Fluor, we are committed to building a better world by giving back to the communities where we live and work around the globe.
In 2023, Fluor contributed $8.2 million to community initiatives through corporate and foundation donations and employee-driven fundraising activities. Since 1952, Fluor and Fluor Foundation have contributed more than $225 million to nonprofit organizations and causes.

In this edition, we focus on science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, exploring important initiatives and programs Fluor supports around the world to advance STEM learning for the next generation.
