Fluor provided turnkey EPC and start-up services for this 440MW combined-cycle cogeneration facility.
Two GE Frame 7FA combustion turbine generators, two Deltak HRSGs and a single ABB steam generator were installed onsite. 235MW of electricity and 1.1 million pounds per hour of steam were used to provide energy for the client's chlor-alkali production plant.
The project was completed three months ahead of the contract schedule.
