Anthony Morgan

Anthony Morgan is Group President of Urban Solutions for Fluor Corporation. He is responsible for the Mining & Metals, Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Plant & Facility Services and TRS Staffing Solutions business lines. 

From 2017 to 2023, Tony served as the President of Fluor’s Mining and Metals business line which provides process studies through to full engineering and design, procurement, fabrication, construction, start-up and commissioning for mining projects of all sizes globally.

Before this, he served as Vice President of Global Business Development and Sales for Mining & Metals and led the sales team through a period of unprecedented growth.

Since joining Fluor in 1990, Tony has also held positions across many of Fluor’s businesses, serving clients in multiple industries, including mining and metals, petroleum refining, petrochemicals, pulp and paper and industrial.

Tony has over 40 years of industry experience. He began his career in the UK as a civil technician/engineer and has held multiple field engineering and project management roles. Other career highlights include working in business development in Canada for eight years and spending 10 years working on projects in Canada, the UK and Saudi Arabia.

He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil engineering from Kingston University, London and a Master of Engineering with a specialization in project management from the University of Calgary.
