Nicole Davies

Corporate Development & Sustainability


Nicole Davies serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development & Sustainability for Fluor Corporation.

Having joined Fluor in 1998, Nicole has over 27 years of experience delivering and leading teams in business development, project execution and corporate planning.

Prior to her current assignment, Nicole held various leadership positions for Fluor’s Energy & Chemicals business, including Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy as well as LNG Business Line Sales. She has over 15 years of business development experience, which includes leading and successfully negotiating the largest single private sector investment contract in Canada and Fluor’s history. She also served as Director of Operations in Fluor's Office of the Chairman helping to develop and implement corporate strategy. Her technical experience spans all phases of design work as a process engineer, with a focus on revamp scope definition. Nicole has held positions in Calgary, Dallas, Houston and various project locations.

Nicole enjoys being an active promoter of the engineering, procurement and construction industry. She is currently serving as the Chair of the Engineering Construction Contracting (ECC) Association of which she has been a member since 2021. She also is an active board member of the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) Foundation. Nicole represented Fluor as a founding, advisory member on the Calgary & Area United Way led “All In” for Youth committee for three years. “All In” for Youth is a collective community impact initiative to increase the high school graduate success rate. She also co-chaired the Calgary United Way Engineering campaign.

Nicole is a native Albertan and graduated from the University of Alberta in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
