Kevin Hammonds

Kevin Hammonds serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of Fluor Corporation.

Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President and Managing General Counsel for the Americas. He managed the Law department’s support for Fluor’s Energy Solutions and Urban Solutions business segments, including overseeing companywide training programs on terms and conditions; compliance and ethics; and contracts and procurement. He also managed Fluor’s Enterprise Risk Management process.

Since joining Fluor in 1996, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in the Law department, including litigation, transactions and management positions. Serving in both the United States and the Middle East, he supported a cross-section of Fluor’s businesses including Chemicals, Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences, Mining & Metals and Infrastructure.

Kevin holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in history and political science as well as a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee.
