Thomas C. Leppert

Director since 2019, Thomas C. Leppert is a member of the Governance and Commercial Strategies and Operational Risk Committees.

Thomas brings a diverse leadership background in the public and private sectors and experience in business, strategy, project management and governance. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Turner Corporation from 1999 to 2006 and Chief Executive Officer of Kaplan, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this he was mayor of the City of Dallas from 2007 to 2011.

He served as Vice Chairman of Pacific Century Financial Corp. and the Bank of Hawaii. He was also a partner at McKinsey & Co., and served as a White House Fellow, assigned to both the White House and Treasury Department.

Thomas is also a director of Austin Industries, Inc.
