Rosemary T. Berkery

Director since 2010, Rosemary T. Berkery is Chairperson of the Governance Committee and a member of the Executive and Audit Committees.

She brings a broad range of experience in financial, business and legal matters. Rosemary served as Vice Chair of UBS Wealth Management Americas and Chief Executive Officer & Chair of UBS Bank USA, each a wealth management banking business, from March 2010 until her retirement in April 2018. Prior to this, she served as Vice Chair, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Merrill Lynch & Co. from 2001 to 2008. She joined Merrill Lynch in 1983.​

Rosemary’s experience leading a $50 billion wealth management bank enables her to provide valued counsel on matters such as finance, banking arrangements, global business strategies, marketing and risk management. In addition, her 35 years in the legal field make her an excellent resource to the Governance Committee and the Board on legal and compliance matters.

Rosemary is also a director of The TJX Companies, Inc. and Mutual of America Life Insurance Company.
