Optional Life Insurance Regular full-time employees You may purchase a flat $100,000, or 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x your base annual pay, rounded to the next higher $1,000 up to a maximum benefit of $250,000. After 90 days of continuous service* Premium based on coverage selected
Optional Dependent Life Insurance Regular full-time employees You may purchase a benefit of $10,000 for your spouse and/or child(ren). After 90 days of continuous service* Set premium for all employees
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Regular full-time employees You may purchase 1x to 10x your base annual pay rounded to the next higher $1,000 up to a maximum benefit of $1,000,000. Dependent coverage also available. After 90 days of continuous service*  Premium based on coverage selected
On-The-Job Accident Regular full-time employees Provides up to a $100,000 benefit for employees assigned to a field project site. Date of hire None (automatically enrolled if assigned to a field project site)
Short-Term Disability Regular full-time employees Beginning on the 8th day of disability or nonoccupational accidental injury, provides 60% of your weekly predisability base pay up to a maximum benefit of $750 per week. California, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico have special legislated short-term disability plans (you may not need to enroll in the company STD plan if the state disability benefit is equal to or greater than the company STD plan benefit). After 90 days of continuous service* Premium based on salary, shared by Fluor; state legislated plans are withheld as a tax
Foreman long-Term Disability Regular full-time Foremen  Available to all active full-time foremen, provides a maximum monthly benefit of $1,000 after 180 days of continuous disability. Date of hire/date of job change to foreman status working at least 1,000 hours/year Premium based on age
Pension Plan Regular full-time employees For each calendar year you work 1,000 hours, you receive one year of credited service towards a vested benefit of $24 per month at retirement. You become vested in the benefit after earning five years of credited service. After one year of service working 1,000 hours or more None (automatically enrolled after on year of service)
Craft Employees’ 401(k) Retirement Plan Regular full-time employees Save for your retirement using before-tax dollars; this lowers your gross taxable wages, which can lower your weekly federal (and most state and local) withholding taxes. After one year of continuous service*, you will be eligible for a company match. Date of hire Amount of your voluntary contribution
