Health & Pharmacy Services
You are eligible for health and pharmacy coverage on your first day of employment.
The Company offers three comprehensive health-care options in conjunction with the UnitedHealthcare® PPO Networks. In certain California locations, a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan through Kaiser Permanente® is also available. You select the option that's right for you and your family.
When you enroll in one of the medical plans, you and your family automatically will receive pharmacy benefits for generic, preferred brand name and non-preferred brand name drugs. Services include retail and mail order services for each covered member on your medical plan.

Dental Coverage
A company-subsidized dental plan is available through United Dental. United Dental plan offers preventive, basic, and major dental care services. Participants can use private practice dentists at PPO and non-PPO rates.

Life & Accidental Coverage
The company provides one times your base annual salary (up to $50,000) of noncontributory life insurance (company paid) coverage.
For more protection, you can purchase Portable Term Life (PTL) guaranteed-issue coverage of 1x or 2x your annual base salary (up to $300,000) without providing medical information. Dependent coverage is also available.
You may purchase Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage for you and eligible family members up to ten (10) times your base annual salary up to a maximum benefit of $1,000,000.
The company provides additional accident insurance for eligible business travel and on-the-job accidental death and dismemberment.

Disability Coverage
Disability gives you the security of knowing your income will continue during extended periods of disability. For more complete income protection, the company offers the option to purchase Short Term Disability (STD) insurance. The Company pays the entire cost of the Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance.

Retirement & Savings Plans
The company's retirement and savings program includes several plans that provide competitive benefits and cost-effective ways to save.
The Defined Retirement Plan is funded by the company, and employees are automatically enrolled after one year of service. Monthly company contribution credits to the plan are based on age and years of service with the company. The account earns interest credits based on the one-year T-Bill.
The Fluor Employees' Savings Investment Plan (SIP) and its 401(k) provision can help you build long-term financial security. Employees can join the SIP when hired and are eligible for company-matching contributions after one year of service.
Employees are also eligible for a Performance Contribution after one year of service. This contribution is discretionary. If approved, it will be posted to eligible participant SIP accounts. No enrollment is required.
Participants manage their SIP accounts by selecting among different contribution levels and investment funds with varying objectives. Loans are offered through the SIP.

Section 415 Plan
This part of the Federal Internal Revenue Service Code limits the amount you and the company can contribute to your retirement and savings plans. In general, total employee and company contributions may not exceed 100 percent of your gross wages, or $46,000, for certain types of savings and retirement benefits.

TOWP (Time Off With Pay)
TOWP is a flexible program that clearly ranks at the top of innovative paid-time-off systems. It gives you the freedom to choose how to use most of your paid time off. TOWP is accrued according to years of service.
TOWP is accrued on a weekly basis and you choose how to spend it for vacations, holidays, personal time, illness, doctor, or other appointments. Unused TOWP hours roll over to the following year. There is no limit on total hours that may be accrued.

Tax Savings Account
Participation lets you use tax-free dollars to pay certain out-of-pocket expenses. Two accounts are offered: the Medical Expense Tax Savings Account and the Child/Elder Care Tax Savings Account. You may put up to $5,000 into each plan each year. Deductions are made every pay period.

EAP (Employee & Family Assistance Program)
Receive free counseling, assessment, and referral services immediately for you and your family members, up to three visits per plan year. The program is a confidential, 24-hour-per-day service that is administered by United Behavioral Health.

Education Assistance
Employees are encouraged to seek educational enrichment to further enhance their capabilities and career development. Active, full-time salaried employees are eligible for reimbursement for tuition, registration fees, non-resident fees, laboratory fees, and textbook fees upon satisfactory completion of courses related to current or future positions. Course requests must be approved by Company management in advance of enrollment.

MetLife® offers a variety of voluntary benefits that you can purchase with after-tax payroll deductions. Benefits include automobile and home insurance, long-term care insurance, legal services, and vision discount.
The Benefits for YouSM Plus Program automatically enrolls you in the Vision One Eyecare Discount Program. You also have the advantage to save on everyday items from national vendors and retailers - such as computers, electronics, flowers, cars, and theme park tickets.
